The Kalamata Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from the acclaimed Koroneiki variety olives, grown in the seaside groves of Costa Navarino. Carefully gathered by hand from centuries old trees without mechanical means, these olives are taken to a nearby mill within a few hours from picking to maintain its nutrition characteristics. Vinegar is prepared with only the finest grapes selected from each new crop and traditionally fermented without additives or preservatives. It is then enriched with an infusion of rosemary and thyme which grow in abundance at Costa Navarino.
